ChurnZero Certified | LEVEL 1: ChurnZero Foundations

The Level 1 | Foundations Certification is designed to validate essential knowledge of ChurnZero's foundational features, equipping users to manage customer relationships confidently. This certification distinguishes individuals who understand the core building blocks of ChurnZero, setting them apart as proficient users ready to support their customers with the platform's key tools.


The certification evaluates knowledge of the following foundational ChurnZero features:

  • Account Setup and Integrations: User account configuration, integrations, and notification customization.

  • Meeting, Task, and Message Management: Managing day-to-day customer interactions and responsibilities.

  • The Command Center: Utilizing the central hub to manage daily responsibilities and customer health evaluations.

  • Customer Profiles: Accessing and updating customer information for more personalized service.

  • Segments and Alerts: Configure and manage customer segments and alert notifications for proactive account management.

Exam format

The Level 1 certification exam consists of 40 questions across a variety of formats:

  • Question Types: True/False, multiple choice, multiple select, and match game.

To pass, participants must achieve a 90% or higher score, and results are displayed immediately upon completion.

Who should get certified?

The Level 1 | Foundations Certification is available to all ChurnZero customers and is designed as an introductory-level certification, particularly suitable for those new to the platform or customer success roles.

Candidates are encouraged to complete the ChurnZero Foundations Learning path and have regular experience using ChurnZero to ensure a thorough understanding of the platform's core functionality.
