By obtaining the Level 2 | Configuration Essentials certification, individuals demonstrate proficiency of ChurnZero’s key configurations, including automation, health scoring, and reporting. Certified users can confidently troubleshoot issues, optimize settings, and navigate the platform to deliver effective outcomes for their teams and customers.
The certification evaluates knowledge and hands-on ability for the following ChurnZero features:
Playbooks: Designing automation workflows.
Journeys: Managing customer lifecycle processes.
ChurnScores: Calculating risk factors and interpreting customer health.
Surveys: Collecting and acting on customer feedback.
Standard Reports: Deriving insights from data to inform decision-making.
Exam format
The certification exam is composed of two sections, testing both theoretical knowledge and practical application:
Knowledge Assessment (43 questions): A mix of True/False, multiple choice, and multiple select questions that assess the user’s understanding of core ChurnZero features.
Practical Assessment (12 questions): A hands-on exam within a custom-built ChurnZero simulated environment, requiring participants to configure features and troubleshoot real-world scenarios.
To pass, participants must score at least 90% on both sections, and results are provided immediately upon completing each section.
Target audience
This certification is primarily aimed at customer success managers, administrators, and other professionals responsible for configuring and managing ChurnZero. While intermediate-level in difficulty, the certification is open to all ChurnZero customers looking to validate their skills in essential platform configurations.
Candidates are strongly encouraged to complete the ChurnZero Configuration Essentials learning path and attain their Level 1 | ChurnZero Foundations certification before attempting the Level 2 exam.
